Medicinal plants are the plants that have beneficial pharmacological properties and therapeutic effects on human and animals body.

Medicinal plants produce some chemical and bioactive compounds like alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, and glycosides etc that are used to prevent and treat various Medicinal plants also used in healing process based on traditional fundamental knowledge.
